This year we are teaming up again with beautiful PeppermintBay Hotel – just a short drive South of Hobart – to showcase our beautiful spring flowers and delicious local fare in the most stunning setting.
SPRING dates are Sunday 29th September 2024 & more dates to be announced after July 2024.
I’ll pick you a bucket of vibrant seasonal spring blooms from our flower farm.
From that bucket – you’ll learn how to make a pretty hand tied bouquet and a vase arrangement – then we’ll sit in front of the sun drenched windows overlooking the D’Entrecasteaux Channel for a delicious lunch created by the fantastic kitchen staff – inspired and using abundant spring produce from their extensive on-site garden. (You are more than welcome to peruse the kitchen garden before or after the class).
Before you leave, I’ll show you how to wrap your flowers to take home!
